Join us for an evening centered around empathy, meaningful communication, and practical tools that help families move from disconnection to genuine connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, feeling distant from loved ones, or simply want to communicate with more care, you'll leave with real skills you can use right away.
Through Nonviolent Communication (NVC) tools, collaborative discussions, and guided activities, we'll explore how to better navigate emotions, triggers, and communication challenges in everyday family life.
