Notice of Waitlist Opening

200 Affordable apartment homes including 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms located on Keawe St in Lahaina, Maui, HI.  Anticipated opening between November 2024-April of 2025. 1. Royal Lahaina Resort Address: 2780 Kekaa Dr, Lahaina, HI 96761

Times: 1:00-6:00 p.m.

2. Kaiaulu O Halelea Address: 112 Halelea Way, Kihei, HI 96753

Dates: 6/24/24, 6/25/24,6/28/24,7/3/24,7/5/24,7/6/24, 7/8/24, 7/11/24

Times: 9:00-5:00 p.m.

A lottery will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. Location to be announced.

Two separate lottery selections will be completed and prioritized in the following order.

1st   Maui County Residents displaced by 2023 Maui wildfires.

2nd   All remaining Maui County Residents

The lottery number will determine the order in which applicants are processed for eligibility.  Eligible applicant household gross annual income may not exceed the County of Maui Area Median Income (AMI) limits below based on household size.  (These limits and rents are subject to change.)

The lottery list will close at 4:00 pm on Thursday July 11th.  Applications received after this deadline will be added to the waitlist in order of date and time of receipt and will not be included in the lottery.  Submit questions and inquiries regarding Kaiaulu O’ Kuku’ia via email to Kukia@thirtyone50.com.
