TOUR OVERVIEW

Hula is considered a divine gift bestowed upon the Hawaiian people by the gods, and it has been an integral part of the culture for over a millennium. We invite you to embark on a one-of-a-kind journey with Ka Makana (The Gift): A Hula Experience. Aboard our luxurious sailing catamaran, Ocean Spirit, set against the breathtaking Maui coastline, Molokini, and the islands of Kahoʻolawe and Lānaʻi, you will delve deep into the rich traditions, artistry, and storytelling of hula.

In addition to enjoying the beautiful art of hula, you will have the opportunity to learn about the culture of Hawaiʻi and the place of Maui. Our hosts from Hawaiʻi will greet you with the spirit of aloha, graciously sharing their ancestral wisdom to preserve the history and cultural heritage of the Hawaiian people. They invite you to engage, ask questions, and connect with the traditions that have shaped their identity.

Join us for this two-hour voyage and become part of the effort to preserve and celebrate Hawaiʻi’s rich cultural legacy. Experience the captivating blend of dance, chant, and aloha that will leave you with a lasting appreciation for the profound beauty and significance of hula.
