Keālia Pond National Wildlife Refuge provides foraging and nesting opportunities for various endangered and endemic bird species. Also located within the Refuge is a Native Pollinator Garden. Visitors are invited to learn about native Hawaiian pollinators and their host plants. We are seeking volunteers to assist in enhancing the visitor experience to the garden. Visitors will be responsible for trimming back plants, removing debris, basic trail maintenance, and more. Knowledge of basic gardening and interest in being outdoors is required. Volunteers will be provided gloves and hand tools.
