The Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance in nature. A powerful time to reflect, reset, and plant intentions for the months ahead. Through ceremony, sound, breath, and community, we will create a supportive space to release what no longer serves and welcome the energy of renewal.

The ceremony opens with heart-awakening cacao medicine, lovingly shared by Tarzan of Immerse Cacao. An invitation to soften, open, and arrive fully in the present moment.

Dawn and Madelyn will then guide the circle through gentle energy-clearing rituals and sacred practices to release the old and welcome the new, aligning with the fresh, renewing energy of the Spring Equinox.

We will then settle into deep stillness as the space is bathed in a resonant sound journey, woven with Tibetan singing bowls, Chinese gongs, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, and other sacred instruments. Allow the vibrations to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and harmonize body, mind, and spirit. 

No experience is necessary. Simply come with an open heart, comfortable clothing, and anything that helps you rest (blanket, pillow, journal, water).

This ceremony is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and align with the natural rhythms of the Earth as we step together into a new season.
