As part of its Kapalua Wine & Chef Series, The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua will host an exclusive culinary event featuring the acclaimed Chef Zach Laidlaw. Held at Banyan Tree, the resort’s premier coastal dining destination, the evening promises a sophisticated blend of farm-to-table innovation and world-class viticulture.
Chef Zach Laidlaw, a finalist on Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef and the lead chef and farmer at Hua Momona Farms, is renowned for his immersive, farm-driven culinary philosophy. For this one-night-only engagement, Chef Laidlaw will present a meticulously crafted four-course menu that highlights the organic bounty of Maui.
To complement the vibrant flavors of the menu, each course will be artfully paired with bold and expressive selections from Orin Swift Wines.
