Raquel Werk and her church are so excited to offer Christian homeschool parents a chance to get inspired and encouraged at our homeschool conference this year. It’s going to be at Calvary Chapel South Maui in Kihei on Saturday, May 4th, from 12:30-5:30pm.

Our theme is “No Greater Joy” taken from 3 John 1:4 that says, “I have no great joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. Imagine your child as a young adult. They call you up (assuming their not living at home) and share how God is working in their lives and how you can pray for them. They come to you for advice and genuinely want to seek God’s perfect will for their life. What a blessing that is, but it takes hard work and trust in the Lord when we fail! We want to encourage you in that same vision!!! It’s possible! It’s a reality some veteran homeschoolers live today!

We’re going to have local homeschool parents speak on how they have or are helping their children walk in truth. Raquel Werk and her husband homeschooled for 12 years and are excited to teach others how to instill Christian principles in every area of life. One of their pastors and his wife, with 12 years of homeschooling experience are also going to share how they teach truth while staying confident in God’s work in their children’s lives. And last but not least, close friends of Raquel are going to share the honest truth and realities of teaching truth to young children and why they homeschool.

You won’t want to miss this! They’re also going to have a complimentary lunch, a Q&A session, special gifts for everyone in attendance, sample curriculum tables, a short worship session, and a surprise announcement.
