Paia Town is celebrating Halloween by having a Keiki Strole and Costume Contest at Flatbread Pizza. Shops are handing out goodies and offering great discounts. At night the adults have their turn by attending a free event at Paia Bay Coffee with DJ and Adult Costume Contest sponsored by local businesses.
