A public introductory course for adults and teens in the Japanese martial art of Ki-Aikido will be offered on four consecutive Monday nights, April 7, 14, 21 and 28, at the Shunshinkan Dojo of Maui Ki Aikido, 194 S. Market, Wailuku, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

Aikido teaches practical mind body awareness through breathing, meditation and technical body movement.  The basic principles of Aikido will be introduced and practiced over the course of the 4 sessions. 

For information and registration, call 808-357-5172.  The  total course fee of $40 will be fully applied to dues if the participant joins the dojo to continue training after the 4-week  introductory course.  No uniform or prior experience is required. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and slippers.
