Raise a glass to one of Hawaiʻi's most beloved cocktails during an exclusive Rum Room tasting experience at Pilina. Sample three finalist Mai Tai creations thoughtfully crafted by Fairmont Kea Lani colleagues, then cast your vote to help determine the 2026 Kea Lani Mai Tai Champion.

The evening will feature:

• Three finalist Kea Lani Mai Tai creations, handcrafted by the Pilina bar team
• Three featured Santa Teresa rum cocktails
• A curated selection of locally crafted Hawaiʻi rums
• Live music from 5:00–9:00 PM, including an extended performance by our featured musician
• An interactive Garnish Your Own Mai Tai experience
• Special appearances from Bacardí representatives, who will help crown the 2026 Kea Lani Mai Tai Champion
