Experience an evening where music and cuisine come together at Bumbye Beach Bar at Andaz Maui. Beats & Eats, formerly a Lāhainā favorite at Fond, now comes to Wailea, blending music, flavors, and community in one lively night.

This celebrated event is presented in collaboration with Chef Jojo Vasquez, previously the chef and owner of the beloved Fond in Lāhainā and now Executive Chef at The Ridge. Chef Jojo will join forces with Andaz Maui’s own culinary talents including Executive Chef Ritchard Cariaga, Executive Sous Chef Chance Savell, and Ka‘ana Kitchen’s Chef de Cuisine Allan Alquisalas to create an interactive culinary experience featuring chef pūpū stations from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m, each offering bold flavors inspired by Maui, along with a welcome beverage upon arrival.

For guests wishing to enjoy more, a select menu from Lehua Lounge will be available after 8:00 p.m.

As you explore each chef’s creations, DJ Eliza will set the soundtrack for the evening with an eclectic mix of R&B, soul, afrobeats, electronic, and hip hop that brings vibrant energy to every bite.
