At Akamai Mothers & Mobility, we specialize in delivering high-quality mobility & baby equipment, including wheelchairs and cribs, to resorts and residences across the beautiful islands of Maui to Lahaina/Kaanapali and Kihei/Wailea. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and are looking for dependable, customer-oriented delivery drivers to join our growing team!
As a Delivery Driver, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You’ll be responsible for transporting products from our warehouse to resorts and residences, making sure everything is delivered in a timely manor.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company provided delivery vehicle.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to resorts and residences.
Load and unload products at various locations.
Provide excellent customer service with each delivery.
Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented (e.g., photos, delivery confirmations).
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Communicate with dispatch and/or management about delivery status and any issues.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required.
Strong time management skills and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 45 pounds.
Must be able to work daytime hours, including weekends.
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
Competitive hourly rate, $25 hr.
Workday hours: Daytime shifts, from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Option to work part-time.
