**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Cat Care:**
- Feed and provide fresh water for the cats.
- Maintain cleanliness in the cat areas, including litter boxes, toys, and sleeping areas.
- Monitor health and behavior of the cats, reporting any concerns to the management.
- **Customer Service:**
- Greet customers warmly and provide information about the cats available for adoption.
- Assist visitors in interacting with the cats, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support during the adoption process.
- **Adoption Specialist:**
- Guide potential adopters through the adoption process, explaining policies and procedures.
- Educate adopters about cat care and responsible pet ownership.
**Qualifications:**
