Prepares work schedules and assigns, trains, and evaluates the work of subordinates and supervisors.
Follows up on reports to management and ensure that departmental policies and procedures are followed, and proper logbook records are maintained
Resolves employee complaints and grievances and maintain and update employee and department files.
Monitor supplies inventory and requisition tools, equipment, and supplies.
Supervise maintenance and repairs of water and boiler treatment equipment, and maintain pool and spas to standard.

High school graduate or GED equivalent
Valid Driver's License
2+years supervisory experience
3+years related experience in facilities maintenance, or related field
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
