- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
