🌺 Vacation Rental Inspector & Inventory Coordinator – West Maui (Ka’anapali Area)
We are a growing vacation rental brokerage in West Maui looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inspector & Inventory Coordinator to join our team.
This role is critical to maintaining the quality of our homes and ensuring every guest arrival meets our standards.
🔍 What You’ll Do:

Inspect properties after guest check-outs and before arrivals

Ensure homes are clean, staged, and guest-ready

Identify and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues

Manage and restock inventory (linens, toiletries, supplies)

Organize and maintain inventory at our office

Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, and management
-
Keep checklists and property standards consistent across all units
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail (this is the most important part of the job)

Dependable and able to work independently

Prior experience in housekeeping, hotel inspection, or vacation rentals preferred
-
Comfortable using a smartphone for checklists/photos/communication
-
Ability to move quickly between properties and stay organized
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
💼 Position Details:

Location: West Maui (Ka’anapali / Lahaina area)

Schedule: Part Time/Full Time
