Electro Mechanical Tech

Expeditions Maui-Lana'i Ferry is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking mechanical/systems tech laborer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities;

- Assist with the safe operation and daily maintenance of the vessel.

- Perform maintenance duties that include physical and mechanical vessel repair and upkeep under the supervision of the chief engineer.

- Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and accessable. 

- Available for dry dock and off hours repairs if needed.

- Support the chief engineer with various tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a maintenance/tech laborer with basic mechanical skills or in a similar maritime role is preffered. We will train a highly motivated and qualified candidate.

- Strong communication skills and the abilty to work welll in a team.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various vessel areas.

- Commitment to following all safety protocols and maritime regulations.

- First Aid/CPR/AED is appreciated but not required. Training is available for a commited candidate.
