Thank you for taking the opportunity to click on our job positing. We are a family run pest control company that has been in business for 28 years, and we are extremely blessed to be expanding. We are looking to fill a office position. Please see functions below.

Functions:
1. Answer phones and communicate with techs, customers, and management.
2. Assist in maintaining and issuing route schedules for the next day for technicians
3. Input chemical usage and complies daily reports for review, makes recommendations as needed on a computer.
4. Assist in billing of serviced customers to ensure they have been billed and scheduled for follow up appointments
5. Monitor dashcams in trucks, and driver movements for safety, efficiency, etc.
6. Assist other dispatchers, managers, and operations as needed.
7. Assist with daily, data management and filing.
8. Flexible and able to execute other assigned special projects
