The Big Task

You will focus on managing leads supporting the sales team, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers. Track leads, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to streamline the sales process.

Key Sub Tasks

• Ensure incoming leads are accurately tracked/routed to the appropriate team member.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up with potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries, whether through phone, email, or other channels.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information about leads and customers.
• Facilitate communication ensuring that leads are properly nurtured and qualified.
• Generate reports on lead sources and other key performance indicators.

Desired Skills and Experience

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, sales team members, and other departments. People-oriented and focused on providing excellent customer service. Able to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the sales process.
