Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper needed for Upcountry electrical/solar contractor. Part-time, remote Maui work (computer provided). Must have knowledge of generally accepted accounting priniciples.

Experience with Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks TSheets (Workforce), ADP Payroll, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Prefer 3-5 years experience working in the construction industry.

Handle weekly invoicing, banking, bill payments, financial reports, job cost and other miscellaneous reports, payroll, HR duties and CPA coordination.
