Haiku, Maui – Part-Time

A world leading watersport brand based in Haiku, HI, USA is looking for a Production, Shipping and Warehousing Assistant to fulfill orders and perform basic warehousing and quality assurance tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual willing to learn and take on new tasks and grow with the company. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Pack and ship direct-to-customer (DTC) and wholesale (B2B) orders
• Review and optimize shipping options and costs
• Complete customs documentation for international shipments
• Build custom SUP paddles to customer specifications
• Conduct product quality inspections and reporting
• Manage and organize shipping supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Track and reconcile inventory levels
• Participate in regular team meetings

Person Specification

• Positive, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in watersports, outdoor activity, or fitness
• No prior experience necessary—training will be provided to the right person
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Non-smoker and drug-free 

Technology / Software Experience 

• Comfortable using Outlook and Mac OS
• Familiarity with web/app-based tools such as Asana and QB Time
• Willingness to learn new systems

Schedule & Compensation

• Start time: 8:30 am
• 5 days per week, 20–30 hours per week
• $23–$27 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly payroll based on logged hours
• Benefits include paid time off (holiday/sick leave)
