The National Park Service is hiring a full-time Maintenance Worker Supervisor (WS-7) at Haleakala National Park in Kula, Maui. Pay ranges from $42.55–$49.62/hour in a permanent, Career-Seasonal role with full federal benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan with matching contributions.
Responsibilities include planning and overseeing park maintenance operations, supervising facility upkeep (buildings, campgrounds, visitor centers, water systems), leading a maintenance team, and preparing work scopes and equipment repair plans.
Requirements: U.S. citizenship, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors, and Hawaii DOH Water Operator Level 1 certification within one year of hire.
