The ideal candidate is someone who is highly self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, environment. They will work closely with business leaders to provide hands-on and strategic support, insight, guidance, and coaching with respect to employee relations, performance management, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training policy interpretation and more. They are comfortable interacting with employees at all levels and are highly motivated to deliver value and impact to the organization.Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HRBP will promote PWF’s values with professionalism and enthusiasm, driving HR programs that foster organizational goals. This role leads all administrative functions within the HR department and contributes to the development and execution of HR initiatives. You will also assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and records management.The ideal candidate will bring at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least one year of experience with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) like ADP. Strong verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
