-Has 2 years experience working in customer service and/or the food service industry
-Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
-Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and coworkers
-Is enthusiastic about sharing our Aloha Spirit with our guests
-Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift
-Has a proven sales record
-Can handle multiple tasks at one time
-Is self-motivated, especially under pressure
-Is able to maintain "on stage" presence throughout shift-
-Is able to learn and retain new flavors/ingredients
-Communicates Aloha in person and over the phone
-Has good problem-solving skills
-Is able to pass and practice the Maui County Department of Liquor Test
-Is able to pass and practice the TiPS training course
-Is able to pass and practice the Food Handlers training course
