Environmental Field Technician

What’s the job?

Mostly outdoors. Part-time with flexible days and hours available: Choose your shift (afternoon or evening). Choose your days. Daily variety, working Maui North shore and/or Upcountry, visiting customers’ properties. Working in small teams or individually.

Your 4 hour shift could look like this:
- Daily equipment prep.
- Drive to customers’ property, talk story, apply management solutions guided by a documented property plan.
- Take readings
- Complete check list.
- Check-out with customer. 
- Move to next property as scheduled.
- Return and clean equipment.
This may vary depending on team size, and/or property.

Requirements:
This will be a good fit for you if you are:
- Reliable, have good work ethic, flexible, adaptable, tenacious, determined.
- People oriented.
- Environmentally driven.
- Great customer service disposition.
- Physically fit: able to lift/carry equipment 20lbs regularly, maximum 40lbs occasionally.
- Good eyesight (especially in low light), good hearing.
- Love of the great outdoors and the different weather patterns it brings.
- Hold a valid drivers license.
- Clean and presentable (company branded shirts, safety gear, etc will be provided).
- Free of drugs, alcohol and drama at work.

Compensation:
- $25-$35/hour depending on experience and shift.
- Quarterly performance bonus, after requirements met.
- Opportunity to grow to full-time.
