Hawai’i Youth Risk Behavior Survey Shows Drinking & Smoking Down; Mental Health Issues Up
More than 12,000 Hawai‘i students in grades 9 through 12 participated in the 2019 biennial Youth Rick Behavior Survey, which showed alcohol consumption and smoking is down, but vaping, sedentary time and mental health concerns are up.
