Retired Judge Rhonda Loo Installs MEO Board of Directors for 2021-22
Recently retired 2nd Circuit Judge Rhonda Loo installed the 2021-22 Maui Economic Opportunity Board of Directors at its June 24 meeting, stating MEO’s mission is similar to what she envisioned when she took the bench.
