Maui High School to receive $10 million endowment from anonymous donor
A Maui High School graduate has committed a $10 million endowment to the Maui High School Foundation, a gift that is likely the largest endowment ever to be made from a graduate to a Hawai‘i public school. This is the largest single monetary donation in the school’s history. The donor has chosen to remain anonymous.
UH scholarship offer to Lahainaluna High seniors extended to two or four years
Two-year and four-year scholarships to the University of Hawaiʻi are now available to Lahainaluna High School seniors, thanks to an anonymous philanthropist. The donor agreed to fund the scholarship extensions to two years for any UH community college or four years for any UH university.
