Final Phase of Baldwin Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation to Begin
The final section includes the Baldwin Avenue business district between Makawao Avenue and Brewer Road. Work will be done at night and is expected to last four nights, weather permitting. Work hours will be between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
