Focus Group Envisions 25-Mile West Maui Greenway
The goal of the workshop and presentation is to develop the design and amenities for a five-mile greenway from Olowalu to Puamana, with hopes of continuing the vision for a continuous 25-mile greeway along Maui’s West coast.
Theo Morrison to Speak at Maui Bicycling League Meeting
The public is invited to a free talk, “Making Good Change Happen on Maui,” by community leader Theo Morrison, at the monthly meeting of Maui Bicycling League on Wednesday, June 17, at 7 p.m. at Pacific Whale Foundation’s Discovery Center on the ocean level of the Māʻalaea Harbor Shops.
Maui Bicycling League to Hold National Bike Month Events
The nonprofit Maui Bicycling League will hold a series of events in May to celebrate the 60th annual National Bike Month. MBL is a local chapter of the Hawaiʻi Bicycling League. “Bicycling is good for your health; it’s a great exercise for all ages.”
