Hāna High and Elementary principal, Christopher Sanita, and Pu‘u Kukui Elementary principal, Chad Okamoto, were among 15 top public school principals recognized by Island Insurance Foundation as nominees for the 17th Masayuki Tokioka Excellence in School Leadership Award.

Maui Superintendent to Become Maui High School Principal

After five years as Maui area superintendent for the Baldwin-Kekaulike-Maui complex, Bruce Anderson, will transition away from the post and take on a new role as principal at Maui High School.
