The family of missing Carly “Charli” Scott released a statement today, saying they have planned a public memorial service for Charli and her unborn son, Joshua Aiden Scott, on Sunday, March 23, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Baldwin Beach in Pāʻia.
