The Condominium Council of Maui is holding a trade show and seminar—”Water, Reclaimed Water and Landscaping,” at King Kamehameha Golf Club on Nov. 12. The trade show will include more than 35 vendors featuring new innovations in the industry, gifts and prizes. Chris Hart & Associates consultants will offer information about community water conservation.

Hawai‘i State Sen. Roz Baker and Maui County Council Vice-Chair Don Guzman were among five legislators and community leaders honored by the Nutrition & Physical Activity Coalition of Maui County at the coalition’s annual meeting last month; three new board members were also named to the NPAC board of directors.

Hart was a former mayoral candidate in 2010, headed two county departments (Human Concerns and Planning), and recently sought support for completing the restoration of the Lahaina Historical District in West Maui.
