#EP Red Flag Warning
Emergency proclamation issued ahead of today’s Red Flag Warning
Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke, serving as Acting Governor, signed an Emergency Proclamation at 6:18 p.m. Thursday in response to a Red Flag Warning issued by the National Weather Service in Honolulu. The Red Flag Warning is in effect from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, for wind and low relative humidity in leeward areas of all Hawaiian Islands.
