UH Mānoa receives $2 million NSF award to lead AI-enabled food safety project
The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa has received a $2 million NSF award to lead a four-year, multi-institutional project starting Sept. 1, 2026, that utilizes AI and advanced environmental analysis to develop early-warning tools for detecting threats to food production systems.
