Catholic Charities Hawai‘i has named Cassandra Rayne Gross as its Vice President – Finance, where she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and fiscal administration across its statewide operations.

The budget has already been submitted to the State Legislature for review and includes a $25.77 billion operating budget over two years. The financing represents and increase of 4% in 2015-2016 and an 8.2% increase in 2016-2017 over current levels.
