Witness, Max Jones offered his testimony on Wednesday about a gruesome discovery at Nuaʻailua Bay, where he had gone with two others on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, to search for Carly “Charli” Scott.

Charli Scott’s sister Phaedra testified that she, her mother and Charli were part of a ‘family group’ on the Life360 app which allows confirmed members to “see where they are at all times.”

When asked if there were any words of affection Steven Capobianco used in relation to Charli Scott, Wais responded with a one-word answer, “None.”
