Flags Fly at Half-Staff in Honor of Maui’s Rep. Carroll
Flags will fly at half staff again on Sunday, March 15, in honor of former state Rep. Diana “Mele” Carroll, who died of cancer on Feb. 18, 2015. The lowering of flags coincides with memorial services planned on Maui at Ballard Family Mortuary.
