Floatilla Organizers, Attendees Warned to Cancel or Face Arrest

State officials are warning floatilla organizers and participants to cancel or face arrest.  Several hundred people have reportedly RSVP’d for the event being publicized on social media for the Forth of July holiday at an East O‘ahu beach. 

Mid-Week 4th Keeps Number of Waikīkī Floatilla Revelers in Check

An estimated 500 to 600 ocean goers participated in the Independence Day floatilla off Waikīkī–that’s about half as many as counted in 2016 and 2017.
