Queen Ka‘ahumanu Center will celebrate Hinamatsuri on Saturday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to noon.

The KBH brunch on March 5 will include live Hawaiian entertainment, Japanese crafts, Maui Taiko drums, a Japanese calligrapher, Kimono dress up and photos.

In honor of Girls’ Day, Maui Film Festival revealed it has selected a feature-length documentary, “THE WAVE I RIDE: The Life of Paige Alms.” for its Celestial Cinema 10-film series. The film will be shown during the 16th Annual Maui Film Festival beginning Wednesday, June 3, and continuing through Sunday, June 7.

This Thursday, Raku Japanese Restaurant at Makena Beach & Golf Resort is celebrating Girls Day in Maui with a special menu and honorary drink.
