The Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows Program celebrated the graduation of its 17th cohort at Guava Tree Bar and Grill on May 28, 2025. With this milestone, the program now opens recruitment for its 18th year, continuing its mission of cultivating Maui Nui’s next generation of leaders.

Hawaiʻi’s own, Kamalei Kawaʻa, made his mark on national television as a Top 20 finalist on NBC’s “The Voice” (Season 25) and is now stepping into a new chapter of his musical journey. The Maui-born artist debuts his island reggae band, ʻĀinaty, and the release of their debut single, ʻĀinaty.
