Hawaiʻi’s Executive Office on Early Learning Public Prekindergarten Program has been recognized for meeting all 10 of the quality standard benchmarks identified by the National Institute for Early Education Research. Hawaiʻi is one of only five states to meet all 10 benchmarks.
