Health Department Cites HC&S for Air Quality Violations
The Hawaiʻi State Department of Health cited Hawaiian Commercial and Sugar Company for alleged incidents involving excess emission and reporting violations at its facilities in Puʻunēnē on Maui. The company was assessed a $1.3M fine.
