Hawai‘i Tourism Authority names new board chair, vice chair
The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority Board of Directors has appointed Blaine Miyasato as the new chair and Mahina Paishon Duarte as the new vice chair.
T. Ilihia Gionson Joins the Hawai‘i Tourism Authority as Public Affairs Officer
The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority announced today that T. Ilihia Gionson, a longtime public affairs and community engagement professional from Hawaiʻi Island, will join the organization as public affairs officer. He begins work at HTA on Nov. 1.
HTA Appoints Dylan Ching, Keith “Keone” Downing and Sigmund “Sig” Zane to Serve on its Board of Directors
The Hawaiʻi Tourism Authority appointed three individuals – Dylan Ching, Keith “Keone” Downing and Sigmund “Sig” Zane – to serve on its board of directors. The appointees were nominated by Gov. David Ige and confirmed by the Hawaiʻi State Senate with their terms effective immediately.
