SBA Workshop for Hurricane Lane Loans Applicants, Dec. 1

The US Small Business Administration is helping Hurricane Lane victims apply for disaster relief loans at the West Maui Senior Center on Saturday, Dec. 1. 

FEMA Public Assistance Applicants Invited to Maui Briefing

The Maui briefing will take place on Monday, Oct. 15, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Maui County Emergency Operations Center in the basement level of the County Building.

Maui County Update: 9 p.m. 8.23.18

Hurricane Lane is still heading for Maui County as a category 3 hurricane with 120 mile per hour winds. A Hurricane Warning, Flash Flood Watch and High Surf Warning for all south facing shores is still in effect countywide.

Maui County Update: 215 People Seek Shelter

East Molokaʻi residents are urged to seek shelter now before flooding prevents them from traveling to the evacuation shelter at Molokaʻi High School. There were 215 people in evacuation shelters county wide as of last night’s count by the Maui Police Department.
