Maui Visitors Spent $314.4M in July, Up 15%

Preliminary statistics released today by the Hawaii Tourism Authority show increased visitor arrivals and expenditures for Maui and statewide for July 2012 compared to last year.

Maui Visitor Spending Rose 24.6% in March

Total Maui visitor expenditures for March 2012 climbed 24.6% to $352.9 million compared to the same month one year ago, according to the Hawaii Tourism Authority.

Strong Growth Continues in Visitor Spending and Arrivals

Total expenditures by visitors who came to Hawai’i in the first 10 months of 2011 grew 14.8%, compared to the same period in 2010, to $10.3 billion.
