Hawaiʻi to receive $6.8 million from agreement with JUUL e-cigarettes
JUUL Labs, which manufactures e-cigarettes, has reached an agreement in principle with Hawai‘i and 33 other states and territories for $438.5 million for its deceptive marketing and sales practices.
