The Kā’anapali Ocean Resort Foundation made a third donation to the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College workforce development initiative known as Ka Holu, in the amount of $25,000.

The Ka Holu HVAC program offers participants 45 hours of online coursework and hands-on lab workshops, 15 hours of work readiness training, and a 70-hour work-based internship with local HVAC companies.

The Kāʻanapali Ocean Resort Foundation has donated $10,000 to the Pacific Whale Foundation for the “furtherance of its research, education and conservation work to protect the ocean and marine wildlife in Maui.”
