Kahoʻolawe permitted trolling dates announced for December
The Kahoʻolawe Island Reserve Commission has announced permitted trolling dates for December including: Dec. 2-3 and 16-17. All vessels must register annually with the KIRC before entering the Reserve to troll during designated trolling dates.
