Troon®, the world’s largest golf and hospitality management company, has announced it will take over management and operations of the Pineapple Grill restaurant from the Cohn Restaurant Group.

Peter Merriman is known as the “original locavore.” In 1985, he and local producers helped spur the farm-to-table movement in Hawai’i. Thirty years later, Merriman’s restaurants remain true to his mission statement, “Do the Right Thing.”
